The Lakes Court Hotel is an elegant Victorian hotel situated in a prime city centre location fronting Carlisle's historic Court Square.

Adjacent to Carlisle Citadel Railway Station, with the M6 motorway only 2 miles away and within eight miles of the Scottish Border, the Lakes Court Hotel is an ideal base for visiting Carlisle's historic sites and the English Lake District.

The Lakes Court Hotel has a choice of 70 comfortably furnished en-suite bedrooms. A range of non-smoking and smoking rooms, family rooms and rooms adapted for disabled guests are available. You could also choose the fabulous four poster bedroom for that special break or romantic getaway.

FROM THE SOUTH
Leave the M6 at Junction 43, take the A69 towards Carlisle City centre.
As you approach the centre stay in the left hand lane and follow the signs for the railway station.
Turn left at the top of Warwick Road (A69), drive along The Crescent in the middle of the three lanes and you will see the Railway Station ahead of you.
The Hotel is situated adjacent to the Railway Station.

FROM THE NORTH
Follow the A7 towards Carlisle City Centre until you come to Hardwicke Circus roundabout.
Go straight ahead over the roundabout following the signs for the city centre and railway station.
Keep going straight ahead until you reach a set of traffic lights with Global Video store on your right hand side.
Turn onto Warwick Road and go into the left hand lane.
Turn left at the top of Warwick Road, drive along the Crescent in the middle of the three lanes and you will see the Railway Station straight ahead of you.
The hotel is situated adjacent to the railway station.

FROM THE EAST
Take the A69 from Newcastle which will bring you to Junction 43 of the M6, continue on the A69 towards Carlisle City Centre.
As you approach the centre stay in the left hand lane and follow the signs for the Railway Station.
Turn left at the top of Warwick road (A69), drive along the crescent in the middle of the three lanes and you will see the railway Station straight ahead of you.

PARKING
The Hotel car park is to the rear of the hotel. Please inform us on your arrival if you wish to use the car park for us to unlock the gates if necessary.
There are limited spaces available in the car park and they are used on first come first serve basis. The Railway station is also to the rear of the hotel, available to the public with a £6.00 per day charge.
